Project Description

The new Pharmaceutical Laboratory is situated in Port Elizabeth. With the allocated site being limited in size and the requirement to programmatically link with the adjacent building, the proposal placed the building on columns. This allowed for a sensible connection to the adjacent building as well as parking on ground level. The building utilises modular pre-fabricated materials to minimise construction time while achieving a high-tech expression which stays true to the buildings' function.
