Project Description

Located adjacent to the Durbanville CBD on Wellington Road, this commercial building has 1010m2 of office space dedicated to the medical industry as well as an on-site coffee shop. The design of the building faced a unique challenge as the site fronts the street at both ends. The client insisted on a modern building that will be unique in the more traditional context of Durbanville.
