Project Description

The multi-unit, light industrial building is situated next to the Paardevlei in the Triangle area of Somerset West. Although the design guidelines insisted on curved roofs, our ideal was to bring in the wave concept, symbolizing the ocean, with the mountains in the backdrop. The brief stated that the units had to be upmarket with an A-grade office component.
